Martial Arts Based Fitness
- Fitness Kickboxing
Authentic kickboxing on heavy bags and targets with abs and flexibility thrown in for fun! It's a kick-butt, sweat pouring, bag hammering, aggression releasing, power punching workout for the raging kickboxer deep inside us all!
- Combat Conditioning
Serious athletic fighter training. Fitness and martial arts enthusiasts welcome. This class is designed to test and improve your competitive physical endurance. Train like the next MMA champ. (There is no fighting in this class.)
- MMA Fitness
Train like an MMA Fighter without having to fight. Ground-and-pound bag work, mitt work, heavy bag work all lead to the same end: a rock hard MMA Fighter body. Get results you never thought possible with MMA conditioning drills.
Cross-Training Based Fitness
Extreme endurance and strength development training using agility drills, punching bags, Jungle Gym suspension training, calisthenics, kettlebells, tires, the sled and heavy ropes. Our toughest fitness class.
- Boot Camp
Take it up a notch with Elite Training Boot Camp. Heavy bag work, calisthenics, obstacle courses, resistance training, combat techniques on targets, serious abdominal training. You don't have to be in the Special Forces to train like them!
- Adventure Fitness NEW!
If you have an adventurous side to you, this class is for you. Designed after Elite's own training system for adventure mud race training. The class combines intervals of half mile runs with four minute cross-training drills. You will get in amazing shape and maybe even try an adventure race with us!
Strength Training Based Fitness
- Alternative Strength
This class will break any plateau! Whole body exercises using Jungle Gym suspension training, heavy rope undulation, tire flipping, sled pushing, and all the latest alternative strength systems. Get crazy strong in this class!
- Strength Training
An all-in resistence-driven hour of muscle strength and endurance development. We'll use every means possible to pump you up! Whether beginner or advanced, this class is for you!
- Body Blast Series
This is an incredible focused upper/lower body training series. Upper body - You'll be punching focus mitts and bags, and then you'll be pumping it up with dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and upper body calisthenics. Lower body - Learn new kicks and work calisthenics and lower body strength training for strong legs and a great booty.
- Ab Blast & Core
This is a complete core strengthening and sculpting class. Your core is the center of your body and its job is to keep your back stable and healthy, but being a sexy looking part of your body makes us feel good too. Ab Blast & Core is sure to help you have the abs that you've always dreamed of.
