Club Sport is proud to offer "Elite Boot Camp"! Do you desire to get in shape or need to stay in shape? Are you ready to go to the next level? Get into the Boot Camp with a group of others just like you. Calisthenics – obstacle courses – resistance training – combat techniques on targets – serious abdominal training. You get the picture. You’ll think you woke up in the Special Forces! The fitness instructors keep things lively by integrating numerous tried and true strength and cardio exercises.
